L’Barkery is the silent achiever. We have never and will never criticise others.
L’Barkery has never and will never attempt to copy, use others product names or ideas.
L’Barkery has never and will never bring down others wi
th different opinions in a public forum or in private.
L’Barkery supports other small businesses whether run by a woman or man.
L’Barkery will never condone our squad members attacking other suppliers or private individuals.
L’Barkery tries hard to avoid conflict at all costs.
L’Barkery has never and will never use social media or a public platform to complain about: costs, downturn of business, cash flow, property problems or any other issue.
L’Barkery has never and will never try and lead a charge against anyone or anything, to prove we are better or right.
L’Barkery is L’Barkery and that’s what we will always be.
We have been left no choice but to start legal proceedings against 2 companies already. We have been left with no choice in warning copiers and those using of our trade marked names to cease. We have been left with no choice but to warn those using our trade marked names to draw attention to their own products, criticising and mis-representing our trade marked products for their own benefit.
A large majority at times 80% of our profits have and are used to pay it forward. In helping animal rescue, the community in general, cancer charities assistance dogs, those doing it fin
ancial tuff and their pe requiring surgery and many other charities animal and human.
We re not trying to stop competition or others from making products….. Just don’t use our names, product idea, packaging etc to do it. Stand on your own feet as we have done. When some of our products first hit the market, we were laughed at. The mere thought of a dog cappuccino, a dog beer just to name 2 examples and that was ok, we stood on our own and were happy to do so. So, we are just asking others to do the same. But unfortunately, they keep coming. Polite messages thru social media asking them to cease hasn’t worked, letters from solicitors warning hasn’t worked for some, or some who drag it out wanting it to cost L”Barkery more ANDTHIS MEANS TAKING AWAY DONATIONS FROM THOSE WHO NEED IT MOST. We have been told they want to destroy us, then who would they copy from ? !
In the Last year we have spent tens of thousands of legal fees. Do they not realise that this is taking from what we pay forward. No one at L’Barkery is going to the pub every day for lunch, getting their nails done, leaving working early to have a pub dinner and taking long holidays, as some of these companies have posted and that’s fine their choice but then don’t complain life is tuff!. We are working sometimes 20-hour days 7days a week as it’s our PASSION and happy to do so… Ignore it, some say hmmm let’s see then some these characters just attack harder, copy more and No, copying is not a flattery at all, what they’re doing is showing who they are on the inside, what they care about.
So, we have ranted enough we wanted you to know the real truth before the others started on ow horrible, we are. But when they are being attacked and not doing the attacking, funny how then they are the poor victims.
WE have a right to defend our name.
We have a right to defend our products.
We have a right to defend our truth.
BUT WE WILL ALWAYS DO IT RESPECTFULLY AND LEGALLY..NOT BATTLE I OUT ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND INVOLVE THE PUBLIC.
STAY N YOUR LANES AND WE WIL SAY IN OURS.
