What Payment Opions are Available?

We currently only support payments made via Paypal. 

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time. L'Barkery uses Australia Post to ship your order.

 

How Much is Shipping?

​We offer FREE shipping Australia wide for orders over $50.00. Orders less than $49.99 will be charged shipping based on the weight of their purchase.

 

When should I expect my delivery?

Delivery should be expected from 2 – 10 days. Delivery time is dependent on the dispatch date and the distance of the delivery destination.

Returns & Refunds

​Goods returned for refund, exchange or credit must be received within 7 business days from the date of receipt and are subject to the following criteria:

• All goods returned must be in new, unopened condition with all seals intact.

• Used, damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

• Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for refund, credit or exchange (errors excluded).

• L'Barkery accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused during return transit.
